Return Policy

2. Our return policy is only applicable for orders within 30 days of delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond 30 days cannot be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for a full refund.

3.1 U.S. Orders

* Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item: a free replacement or a full refund will be provided

* Non-quality Issues:
Returns: Since all our apparels are print-on-demand and custom-made specifically for customers after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns for non-quality-related reasons.

Exchanges: Since all our apparels are print-on-demand and custom-made specifically for customers after an order is placed, we are unable to accept exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.


3.2 International Orders:

* Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item: a free replacement or a full refund will be provided
* Non-quality Issues: Returns or exchanges are not accepted

4. After we receive the returned item, please allow 1 week for the new item to be processed and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
